What this covers

This policy explains what MTKSoft Labs collects through this website, why, and what happens to it. It covers this site only. Our applications are covered by the privacy notice shipped with each app.

Information you give us

The only information we ask for is what you type into the support form: your name, your email address, what the enquiry is about, optionally which product it concerns, and your message. We use it to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider records standard server logs — the IP address the request came from, the page requested, the time, and the browser’s user agent. These are used to keep the site running and to spot abuse. We also keep a short-lived count of contact form submissions per IP address to limit spam.

Cookies

The public pages of this website set no tracking or advertising cookies. If you sign in to the administration area, a single essential cookie stores your session so you stay signed in. It is removed when you sign out.

Downloads

When you download one of our applications, the request is handled either by our own storage or by the relevant app store. Downloads from app stores are subject to that store’s own privacy terms, which we do not control.

How long we keep things

Contact enquiries are kept while they are relevant to an ongoing or potential engagement, and reviewed periodically after that. Server logs are retained for a short period by the hosting provider.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email [email protected] and we will action it.
